The answer to question number one is simply, “it is as much as the general public is willing to pay”. The answer to question number two is sadly, “nothing”. Then the automatic follow up question becomes: “Why am I as the customer being charged based upon the market value of my home when the amount of work is the same? Those answers were simply not acceptable to me and thus Coverage Realty was born. A full-service real estate firm that cuts no corners, takes no shortcuts and does exactly what we say we are going to do. There was a considerable amount of thought put into the fee which we charge for our services. We’ve developed a hybrid commission structure in line with the amount of work done on a real estate sales transaction. Between our hybrid commission structure and today’s technology we are saving our clients thousands of dollars and we’ve created a successful brokerage. It is a real win-win for everyone!
