I have used Coverage Realty twice and both experiences have been amazing. Chris and Dawn are tentative and offer no BS when it comes to selling or purchasing your home. Their knowledge or real estate and the markets is extremely helpful and I will continue to use them in the future.

Chris did a fabulous job selling our rental house. Every time we had a question or needed to communicate with him, he responded immediately and spent a lot of time going over strategy for selling. Made recommendations on improvements, etc. We didn't have it listed long enough to do an open house, which I'm sure they would have done superbly, but he did problem solve several issues. I also think he's very personal--a good salesman. We had a few glitches closing, but they were not the fault of Coverage Realty. Highly recommend.

Really had an enjoyable experience with Coverage Realty. They were quick and efficient. They sold my home within six weeks of listing it....and I saved about $ 3,000 because they charged only 3% commission plus a flat rate which was to my benefit. I was originally with a larger firm who continually had me lower my price but wouldn’t cut their commission to make the sale. I’m glad I switched. Chris was a go getter from the beginning. I would recommend Coverage Realty any day, and every time!!
